At the heart of it, DEI is about people – making our members feel welcomed and that their voices are welcome. Storytelling is a power tool to connect us to humanity. This session will look at how story telling can help us to find common ground in the emotions and experiences that connect us, and how it can help bring positive change to our clubs. Resources will also be shared.
