Larry Frost is from the Serpent River First Nation Reserve in Ontario. He is Ojibway and has been a member of the Aboriginal community in Toronto since 1967. Larry was the Executive Director of the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto for 17th years and is now retired. Larry Frost also serviced as a Director and President on many boards. He was the Chair on the 2015 Pan Am Games for the Aboriginal Leadership Partnership. Currently seats as an advisor for the FIFA World Cup 2026. He has been in the Leadership role 26 years. He has been an independent businessman since 1992. Currently servicing the Indigenous Community of Toronto as a knowledge Keeper. Larry is a Director of HIP.
